Silver Spring home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Silver Spring rose by $51,599 while total sales decreased by 21.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $545,000 - a 10.5% increase over the $493,401 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 87 homes sold in Silver Spring in May 2016.
