The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Chevy Chase in Montgomery County fell by $29,000 while total sales increased by 46.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,270,000 - a 2.2% decrease over the $1,299,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Chevy Chase in May 2016.
