Wheaton-Glenmont home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Wheaton-Glenmont rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 10.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 4.6% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Wheaton-Glenmont in February 2016.
