Lochearn home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Lochearn rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 19.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 6.3% increase over the $174,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Lochearn in April 2017.
