Woodlawn home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Woodlawn fell by $4,835 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 2.5% decrease over the $194,835 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Woodlawn in April 2017.
