Nottingham home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Nottingham rose by $44,500 while total sales decreased by 2.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,500 - a 24.1% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Nottingham in April 2017.
