Overlea (Baltimore County) home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Overlea in Baltimore County rose by $46,000 while total sales decreased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 27.2% increase over the $169,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Overlea in April 2017.
