Kingsville home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Kingsville fell by $311,250 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,500 - a 55.7% decrease over the $558,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Kingsville in April 2017, as well.
