Sparrows Point home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Sparrows Point rose by $41,400 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $246,400 - a 20.2% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Sparrows Point in April 2017.
