Phoenix home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Phoenix fell by $41,250 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $469,250 - a 8.1% decrease over the $510,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Phoenix in April 2017.
