Woodstock home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Woodstock rose by $34,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $465,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $430,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Woodstock in April 2017.
