Essex home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Essex rose by $2,790 while total sales decreased by 12.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,740 - a 1.9% increase over the $144,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Essex in March 2017.
