Middle River home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Middle River fell by $10,250 while total sales decreased by 10.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 6.4% decrease over the $160,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Middle River in March 2017.
