Lochearn home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Lochearn rose by $20,637 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,622 - a 14.3% increase over the $143,985 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Lochearn in March 2017.
