Overlea (Baltimore County) home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Overlea in Baltimore County fell by $4,200 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,800 - a 2.6% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Overlea in March 2017.
