Nottingham home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Nottingham rose by $21,950 while total sales decreased by 16.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,950 - a 12% increase over the $183,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Nottingham in March 2017.
