Freeland home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Freeland fell by $35,000 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 14% decrease over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Freeland in March 2017.
