The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Pikesville in Baltimore County rose by $25,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $269,000 - a 10.5% increase over the $243,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Pikesville in March 2017.
