Owings Mills home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Owings Mills rose by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 12.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 13.2% increase over the $212,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Owings Mills in March 2017.
