Woodstock home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Woodstock fell by $105,550 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $399,450 - a 20.9% decrease over the $505,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Woodstock in March 2017, as well.
