Overlea (Baltimore County) home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Overlea in Baltimore County fell by $20,950 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 10.7% decrease over the $195,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Overlea in October 2016.
