Woodlawn home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Woodlawn rose by $29,450 while total sales decreased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,950 - a 17.6% increase over the $167,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Woodlawn in October 2016.
