Monkton home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Monkton rose by $186,250 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $581,250 - a 47.2% increase over the $395,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Monkton in October 2016.
