The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Overlea in Baltimore County rose by $50,926 while total sales increased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,500 - a 37.3% increase over the $136,575 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Overlea in September 2016.
