Parkton home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Parkton rose by $34,750 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $440,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $405,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Parkton in September 2016.
