Parkville (Baltimore County) home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Parkville in Baltimore County rose by $11,100 while total sales increased by 12.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,000 - a 6% increase over the $184,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 89 homes sold in Parkville in August 2016.
