Woodlawn home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Woodlawn rose by $36,550 while total sales decreased by 10.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $206,550 - a 21.5% increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Woodlawn in August 2016.
