Nottingham home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Nottingham rose by $1,900 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,900 - a 0.9% increase over the $218,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Nottingham in August 2016.
