Owings Mills home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Owings Mills rose by $17,000 while total sales decreased by 13.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 7.8% increase over the $218,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 91 homes sold in Owings Mills in August 2016.
