Pikesville (Baltimore County) home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Pikesville in Baltimore County rose by $46,501 while total sales increased by 5.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 20.4% increase over the $228,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Pikesville in August 2016.
