Freeland home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Freeland rose by $275,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $515,000 - a 114.6% increase over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Freeland in August 2016.
