Windsor Mill home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Windsor Mill fell by $97,500 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,500 - a 36.8% decrease over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Windsor Mill in July 2016.
