Phoenix home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Phoenix rose by $156,250 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $636,250 - a 32.6% increase over the $480,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Phoenix in July 2016.
