Nottingham home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Nottingham fell by $9,050 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $216,450 - a 4% decrease over the $225,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Nottingham in June 2016.
