Sparrows Point home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Sparrows Point rose by $57,500 while total sales decreased by 53.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,500 - a 28.8% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Sparrows Point in May 2016.
