Hampstead home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Hampstead rose by $75,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $332,000 - a 29.2% increase over the $257,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hampstead in May 2016, as well.
