Towson (Baltimore County) home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Towson in Baltimore County rose by $84,800 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,250 - a 32.9% increase over the $257,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Towson in May 2016.
