Woodstock home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Woodstock rose by $8,563 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $403,950 - a 2.2% increase over the $395,387 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Woodstock in May 2016.
