Randallstown home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Randallstown fell by $37,850 while total sales decreased by 12.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 19.6% decrease over the $192,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Randallstown in February 2016.
