Parkton home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Parkton fell by $135,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,000 - a 27.6% decrease over the $490,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Parkton in February 2016.
