Dundalk (Baltimore city County) home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Dundalk in Baltimore city County rose by $500 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $63,500 - a 0.8% increase over the $63,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Dundalk in April 2017.
