Baltimore home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Baltimore fell by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 46.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 425 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 1.6% decrease over the $127,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 796 homes sold in Baltimore in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Baltimore for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,463, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
