Towson (Baltimore city County) home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Towson in Baltimore city County fell by $176,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,000 - a 59.7% decrease over the $295,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Towson in May 2016.
