Brooklyn Park home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Brooklyn Park fell by $55,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 19 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 28.9% decrease over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Brooklyn Park in April 2017, as well.
