Lake Shore home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Lake Shore rose by $29,499 while total sales decreased by 35.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,999 - a 11.3% increase over the $260,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Lake Shore in April 2017.
