Mayo home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Mayo rose by $111,986 while total sales decreased by 68.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $430,000 - a 35.2% increase over the $318,014 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Mayo in April 2017.
