Crownsville home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Crownsville rose by $654,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $935,000 - a 233% increase over the $280,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Crownsville in April 2017, as well.
