Shady Side home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Shady Side rose by $82,000 while total sales decreased by 61.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 38.5% increase over the $213,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Shady Side in April 2017.
