Annapolis home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Annapolis rose by $30,150 while total sales decreased by 14.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,150 - a 9.9% increase over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Annapolis in April 2017.
