Severn home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Severn rose by $22,000 while total sales decreased by 10.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $319,000 - a 7.4% increase over the $297,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Severn in March 2017.
